We hand pick our menu and source from local meat purveyors, family farms as well as the Fulton Fish Market.  Every order is custom made by you by selecting from our exceptional meats and fish to build your own box of favorites.

 

All our beef, poultry and fish selections are individually vacuum sealed free of charge to preserve freshness for up to six months in the freezer.
